I truly agree with you. "the 20% average more should be a standard practise for contract workers but too bad this has not been done in our country and others". That is why we are hoping this article could help those on contract to negotiate with their agency. More have the knowledge the better coz it might maybe might help when comes to contract negotiation.  I am not saying that is a miracle change, it takes time and effort from contract worker's initiative to push this thru.</description>
