I like the way ideas and writings are shared in this website; they come from different sort of writers’ own experience and personal insights. They are not typical articles that bore people to death.

I don’t mind reading any topic that can improve ourselves as long as it comes from the writer’s own touch and personality.

No right or wrong, and I’d say sometimes people asked to be judged in a way like:

(1) the way you carry yourself, you should know how.
(2) the way you react on certain things, you should know how.
(3) the way you sell yourself, you MUST learn how.

For me personal branding is important, at least you should know how to dress because by all means, people still like beautiful things.

Totally agree…Attitude is the key words! to share something with you guy, Im working in a established travel agency as HRM and I’ve lots of chance to interview candidates and their attitudes is sucks (sorry to use this words..)they not even prepared for the interview session and they’re not impressing the interviewer (that’s me!). We should’nt judge poeple by its apperance (how they dress, how they look?) but at least passion on the work / job they are applying for..right? So, there’s no mis-judge elements in this issue. For those job seekers, please put your passion and enthusiam on your career, this will help you for your career growth (if you’re looking for career development)
